Angie began her yoga practice in 2010 as a complement to running. She knew from the minute she set foot into the studio that she had found her place. Many challenges later, she decided she wanted to explore all the paths and facets of yoga and took the teacher training leap with Marcie and Loryn of Jai Pure. Angie infuses her practice with repetition, pranayama, alignment and music, ultimately hoping to create a calm and safe space for students to explore their personal practice within a class setting. Angie credits Ali Campbell and Becky Middleton as her most influential teachers and is grateful for the guidance, support, excellent training and sense of community at Jai Pure.
