Brian (RYT 200) began practicing yoga in 2004 at suggestion of Loryn Riggiola while he was still working in finance. The physical practice sparked a desire to explore the spiritual side of yoga. The journey lead to studying the teachings of Master Choa and Tibetan Buddhism which he continues at a Buddhist center where he is an active member. Brian has a background in sports and music and integrates breathing and rhythm into his practice and teaching. Yoga has enhanced his athletic performance, made him a better musician, and given him more clarity to his everyday life. Brian completed his Basic and Advanced training at JaiPure Yoga under the guidance of Marcie Wallace and Loryn Riggiola.
