Caroline vividly remembers the Second Grade gym class where she did her first shoulderstand. Always active and athletic, Caroline dabbled in yoga as a complement to other workouts. After injuring her back from too many runs and hotel room burpees (Caroline worked a corporate Sales job until 2016), she was left face-to-face with yoga. The wide-ranging benefits of a consistent yoga practice have astounded Caroline. Not only is her back pain gone, but she no longer gets tension neck aches and feels more grounded in her Self than ever before. 

Since completing her 200 hour training with Jodie Rufty and Caitlin Casella at YogaWorks Soho, Caroline has dedicated herself to sharing yoga with others. Caroline teaches a strong class where students of all levels are encouraged to observe what happens when they challenge themselves. She is inspired by students who choose to practice cultivating a state of Yoga/”Union”.

Caroline says, “People come to yoga for everything from strength and flexibility to posture, focus, and anxiety relief. Whatever your reason, it’s the right one. You’ll leave with more than you came for.”
