Christine (RYT-300) teaches Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga with an emphasis on alignment and flow in movement. She has been practicing yoga since 1992 and teaching since 2008. She is a RYT 300 hours with Yoga Alliance after receiving her training from Lotus Yoga. Since then, teachers such as Sharon Gannon, David Life, Shiva Rae, and B.K.S. Iyengar have influenced her own practice as well as teaching style. Chris’s classes mix Hatha and Vinyasa styles, bringing movement, grace, and creativity into her students’ practice. She also emphasizes the importance of meditation, mindfulness, and breath, on and off the mat, carefully fitting herteaching to her students’ practice and present levels of ability and mobility.
