Haley found yoga at the age of 6 and has been practicing ever since. She completed her 200 hour RYT at JaiPure Yoga in 2016 under the beloved guidance of ther teachers, Marcie Wallace and Loryn Riggiola. Haley believes yoga should be beneficial and accessible to all, supporting not just the body but the mind as well. You can expect her classes to reflect this. You will move powerfully and with intention, linking breath and movement together creating a practice of mindfulness. Her classes will challenge not only your physical body with structured alignment cues but also your mind with themes that you can apply to your life on and off the mat.
