Finishing a traditional 200 hour Teacher Training at JaiPure Yoga in May 2016 & Pranic Healing certification June 2016, Jay teaches a descriptive gentle, yet firm vinyasa practice, focused on alignment, tailored to the breath. The instructions hope to serve as visual guidance for the yogi (or yogini).
Complete with meditation with a Tibetan Singing Bowl, everyone achieves their own personal "Jai" (victory) when we practice together.
