Samantha began her yoga journey in 2012, at first for a means of stress relief after graduating from college and entering the corporate world. It did not take long to realize what a profoundly positive impact the practice was having on all aspects of her life, so she sought out teacher training in 2015, wanting to be able to bring the light of yoga to others. She completed a 200-hour YTT with teachers Betsy Davis and Lauren Magarelli at Bhakti Barn Yoga in Millburn, NJ and has been teaching ever since. Samantha's classes are in the vinyasa style, with challenging and imaginative sequences that encourage students to explore their unique body's strengths and capabilities. You can expect a well-rounded class that engages both the mind and body; infused with mindfulness, pranayama, and dynamic movement.
