Susan has been practicing yoga since 1988 when she first fell in love with it.
Since then she has taken training in many traditions: Vinyasa, Om Yoga, Anusara Yoga, Restorative Yoga,
Prenatal Yoga, Yoga for Cancer Survivors, Iyengar Yoga. She is currently studying for Iyengar Yoga Certification. She brings her training as a Psychologist into her teaching and well as the richness of many traditions.
